Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending a return, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered except in cases where a return has been approved and qualifies for a partial refund as outlined above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund applies, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost or stolen packages.
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If you will not be available at the expected delivery time, please contact USPS to hold your package at the local post office.
Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy
We encourage customers to contact us via email before filing a chargeback. In most cases, we can resolve concerns quickly.
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge with their credit card issuer. Chargebacks increase operating costs, which ultimately affects our pricing. To protect our business and customers, we strictly monitor chargeback activity.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project, which may impact future purchasing ability with online retailers across the United States. We also reserve the right to file reports with relevant authorities, including the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), local authorities, and the Better Business Bureau. Delinquent accounts may be turned over to collections and reported to credit bureaus as a delinquent account.
