Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order. Please allow additional time for delivery based on carrier transit times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time:

● Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Denas Comb Hair is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Denas Comb Hair is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
